What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing and managing customer relationships throughout your territory by selling:

• Industrial Supplies
• Welding Supplies & Equipment
• Construction Supplies
• Process Piping & Fittings
• Structural Steel
• Hydraulic Hoses & Fittings
•  

You'll spend your time:

• Developing new business and hunting for opportunities
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Closing deals (our inside sales team does the quotes, you close them)
• Working closely with our inside sales and operations teams
• Becoming the trusted supplier for contractors, manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial facilities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven sales experience in at least one of the following:
• • Industrial Supplies
  • Welding Supplies
  • Construction Supplies
  • Material Sales (Pipe, Fittings, Structural Steel, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Ability to manage territory and customer accounts independently
• Competitive mindset and desire to outperform expectations

Bonus Points:

• Existing customer relationships within the Upstate, SC market
• Experience calling on industrial plants, contractors, fabricators, or manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of MRO products, steel, piping systems, or welding processes
