Who we are:

DRYmedic of Little Elm is a fast-growing water, fire, and mold restoration company serving Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, and Aubrey. We're looking for an experienced Foreman to lead field operations on mitigation jobs and grow with our team long term.

What you'll do:

• Lead crew on water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs from start to finish
• Run jobs independently with Project Manager support as needed
• Perform and oversee all demo — controlled demolition, debris removal, structural drying prep
• Complete all job documentation required for insurance claims — photos, moisture logs, drying records, job notes
• Communicate job status and updates to the Project Manager daily
• Ensure jobs are completed to scope, on time, and to DRYmedic standards
• Maintain equipment and job site safety

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or related field
• Experience with insurance documentation and mitigation scopes preferred
• Strong leadership — you own the job site
• Clean driving record (required)
• IICRC certification a plus but not required
• Detail oriented — documentation accuracy directly impacts claims
