We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Therapist to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client's mental, emotional and behavioral health needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and care strategies tailored to each client
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and other providers
- Monitor client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintaining comprehensive care notes and adhering to professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- State licensure as a social worker/psychologist in the state of Wisconsin
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, electronic health record systems, and experience working with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
