Job Description
Join our Team at Donelson Nicoletto's Italian Kitchen!
We’re a small-but-mighty business looking for a real General Manager to join our team. Not a “fake it ‘til you make it,” not a “step-upper”—we need someone with the chops, grit, and spark to keep things running like a well-oiled machine (with personality).
What we need from you:
- Detail-obsessed (you spot the little things before anyone else).
- Customer experience wizard (you get what makes people feel special).
- Friendly, approachable, and always ready with solutions (not excuses).
- Passion for service—because we don’t just do the job, we create an experience.
- Excited to grow with us, not just pad a résumé.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, manage, and inspire our team.
- Keep the wheels turning, the customers smiling, and the stress levels low.
- Bring fresh ideas—and the follow-through to make them real.
What we don’t want:
- Flakes.
- Step-uppers.
- People who think “good enough” is good enough.
If you thrive on details, love people, and want to make a real impact in a growing small business, we want you.
Job Type: Full-time (40-50 hrs per week)
Benefits:
- Employee discount
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Paid training
Experience:
- Restaurant Management: 3 years (Required)
