Position: Concrete Mixer Driver (CDL A or B)
Location: Buda, TX
Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour
Schedule: Variable schedule based on concrete pour requirements; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required
Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently operate a ready-mix concrete truck supporting the I-35 South Project.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Safely transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to active construction sites.
- Load and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality.
- Complete required delivery documentation and reports.
- Perform truck washout and cleanup procedures.
- Attend daily safety meetings.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule based on project needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of ready-mix concrete truck driving experience.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Experience operating on active construction sites.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and DOT physical.
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet company and DOT standards.
