A growing manufacturing company in Hutto is seeking dependable Painter Helpers to join its production team. This position supports the industrial painting process by preparing materials, assisting painters, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Location: Hutto, Tx

Shift: 1st Shift , 7:00AM - 3:30PM, M-FRIDAY

Pay: $17.00/HR

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30PM - 12:00AM, M-FRIDAY

Pay: $18.70/HR

Job Duties

• Assist painters with preparing metal parts for painting.
• Clean, sand, grind, and mask parts before paint application.
• Hang and remove parts from paint racks.
• Move materials throughout the production area safely.
• Inspect parts for defects before and after painting.
• Help maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working around industrial paint and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

• PPE is required.
• No perfumes, colognes, scented lotions, or strong fragrances are permitted due to the paint process.
• Employees may wear protective coveralls or other required safety equipment while working in the paint department.
