We’re looking for a Fleet & Logistics Supervisor to lead the day-to-day coordination of our fleet and logistics operations—ensuring safe, on-time deliveries, efficient routing, strong driver performance, and full regulatory compliance. In this role, you’ll oversee drivers, vehicles, warehouses, and distribution workflows while using data and process improvements to control costs and raise service levels.

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation supervision
• Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety standards
• Experience using fleet management and/or logistics software systems
• Proven ability to supervise drivers, coach performance, and enforce safety and company policies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced operational environment
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation (fuel usage, inspections, compliance records, incident reporting)

• Route optimization and cost-control expertise
• Mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Class A License
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience managing budgets and KPIs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• 3–5 years in fleet/logistics/transportation supervision preferred (as outlined above)

• Work setting includes a mix of office and field work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift 25–50 lbs
• Ability to inspect vehicles and work outdoors when required
• Must be able to support compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
