The Billing Clerk/Bookkeeping role is essential for managing accurate invoicing, receivables, and financial recordkeeping within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Office and Finance Managers, this position ensures timely billing processes, account reconciliation, and weekly report generation using accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly
• Manage accounts receivable and track customer payments
• Enter billing and financial data with precision
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of records
• Generate weekly billing and receivables reports
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding billing inquiries
• Perform general billing and bookkeeping tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency with accounts receivable and invoicing
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks
