Maison Home Care is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will process billing for Medicaid services through CareSource, Anthem, and Molina, while maintaining an aging report to track down outstanding balances. You will be reporting directly to the owner of the company. Four-year accounting degree required.

Duties

• Process and monitor incoming payments through CareSource, Anthem, and Molina
• Maintain an aging report through QBO
• Troubleshoot issues leading to collection problems

Qualifications

• Four-year accounting degree
• Understanding of financial statements
• Expertise in Excel and Dropbox
• Ability to interpret financial data accurately using analysis skills
• Analytical mindset combined with strong math skills for account analysis and financial review tasks
• Ability to work from home without micromanagement
• Experience in accounts receivable management preferred
