As we build the commercial engine to match that growth, this role is one of the moves we’re making to do it right: turning our fastest-growing customer relationships into a disciplined, data-backed selling motion instead of an ad hoc scramble.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn Nielsen/Circana, Numerator, and Walmart Scintilla data into real distribution, innovation, and selling opportunities for our commercial team.
• Own the weekly sales appointment-readiness process — priorities, inputs, and polished customer-facing materials delivered in advance, every time.
• Build and maintain our master customer and channel selling tools, including the Costco deck, and lead Club Channel enablement end to end.
• Publish monthly distribution grids and must-carry scorecards that flag gaps and priorities before they become problems.
• Drive the analytics behind new-item sizing, forecasting, and post-launch tracking as we keep launching products people are excited about.
• Build the repeatable processes, templates, and dashboards this fast-growing team doesn’t have yet — your fingerprints will be on how this function works for years to come.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 4+ years in sales enablement, category management, revenue growth management, customer analytics, or a related CPG role.
• Real, hands-on experience with syndicated/retailer data (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, Scintilla, or similar) — you’ve used it to change a decision, not just run a report.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills strong enough to build executive-ready presentations, scorecards, and forecasts without hand-holding.
• Strong project-management instincts — you can juggle appointments, deadlines, and cross-functional partners at once.
• A bias toward building things yourself when nothing exists yet, and comfort with a fast-moving, still-being-built environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Food, frozen, or broader CPG background, especially with Club, Mass, or e-commerce customers (Costco, Walmart).
• Familiarity with broker management, customer scorecards, and recurring commercial operating reviews.
