This role requires managing tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, and marketing efforts to ensure efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts promptly
• Administer leases and ensure compliance with terms
• Oversee budget management and financial reporting
• Coordinate rent collection and vendor services
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for property leasing
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors
• Generate regular reports on property performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience
• Associate degree in Property Management or related field
• Valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong skills in tenant relations and lease administration
• Effective time management abilities
