We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 51-100 commercial units. This role involves managing tenant relations, lease agreements, and rent collection, all while reporting directly to the property owner. The position requires minimal travel for property visits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive tenant relations and address concerns promptly
- Manage lease agreements and renewals efficiently
- Oversee timely rent collection and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate with property owner on portfolio performance and updates
- Ensure compliance with local property regulations and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in property management
- Strong communication skills for effective tenant and owner interactions
