We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians, Level I & Level II, to support residential communities throughout Northern New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
• Complete preventive maintenance and service requests
• Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Support and mentor junior technicians
• Help maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities

What We're Looking For

• Required to have professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Valid driver's license
• EPA Certification or HVAC certifications preferred
