LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MULTIFAMILY

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
• HVAC experience/certification REQUIRED
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with work orders, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
• Ability to lead and support a maintenance team
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be available for on-call rotation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete daily work orders and maintenance requests
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Complete apartment turns and make-readies
• Assist with and oversee daily maintenance operations
• Respond to after-hours/on-call maintenance emergencies
• Help lead and support maintenance team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, has strong multifamily experience, and can confidently handle HVAC and general apartment maintenance.
