Position Title: Community Liaison (i.e. External Business Development Role, Marketing Representative)
Reports to: General Manager (with overall direction from the owner and sales coach/trainer)
Classification: Salaried
(will have typical 90 days as a probationary period, when we will revisit progress & initial results)
Variable/Incentive Compensation: 1.75% commission on collected revenues from referrals (only for first 3 mos.)
Expected Hours: 36-42hrs. per week, mostly out in the field (Note: this is not a set “9a-5p” role given events)
Office Location(s): 2-3; territories including Oklahoma City/Edmond/Yukon is first priority. Will be expected to assist in Norman and Duncan monthly.
Territories: 3-4 (multiple areas in Central Oklahoma as noted above)

Job Summary: Comfort Keepers Home Care is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Liaison/Business Development Representative. Responsible for business development in OKC Metro specifically two franchised territories, the role involves networking, building referral relationships, expanding Comfort Keepers’ presence & brand both within OKC metro (a rapidly growing city of >1 million) and in Edmond & Yukon north/northwest of the city, generating referrals, which create leads and prospect/intake calls, ultimately landing assessments and new clients and thus increasing our census and billable hours. Will be substantial focus on finding new referral sources for private pay home care, building a larger base of relationships and recurring cases. Position Summary:
The Community Liaison/BD Rep is responsible for creating new business opportunities for the agency, ensuring achievement of the business’ revenue objectives for territories around OKC. The business’ goal is to grow 20-30% per annum across these ‘regions.’ Proudly serving much of Central and Eastern Oklahoma, we partner with families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to deliver compassionate, uplifting care that enhances quality of life through our unique 'Interactive Caregiving' approach.
