Maintenance Technician – Full-Time (Hamilton Township, NJ)

A property management organization is seeking a dependable full-time Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in the Hamilton Township area.

Responsibilities:

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Snow removal during winter months
• Light carpentry and general handyman work
• Routine maintenance and unit turnover support
• Participation in an emergency on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• HVAC and appliance repair experience is a plus
