Belcher Electric LLC is searching for reliable and experienced Residential and Commercial Electricians who have the skills to lead apprentices on various construction sites and projects. The primary objective of a Residential and Commercial Electrician is to oversee, guide and ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations. Responsibilities and Duties:

· Lead and supervise apprentices providing guidance and motivation.

· Conduct installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and electrical principles.

· Conduct electrical design, installation and troubleshooting for industrial, commercial and residential properties.

· Prepare reports, maintain stock of materials needed and manage the project budget.

· Occasionally assist with large commercial job bids as needed by management.

Qualifications:

· Electrical Training Program degree preferred but not required.

· Proven experience as an electrician in residential and commercial settings.

· Demonstrable knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment and safety measures.

· Strong understanding of electrical diagrams and blueprints.

Skills and Competencies:

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures

· Good physical condition and the ability to perform strenuous tasks when needed.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Adept at managing time efficiency and meeting work deadlines.
