Brake Press Operator

We have a client that is adding onto their staff and looking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift brake press operators. This is a job shop so no repetitive work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret and understand blueprints and drawings
• Identify appropriate materials for the job including the ability to check the type, size, quantity, quality and maintain traceability of parts
• Properly maintain, record and process work schedule, routings, paperwork, labeling, etc.
• Select change, maintain, store and install the correct tooling required to complete the job
• Visually check all tooling upon completion of run noting worn or damaged tooling and report any problems immediately to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience with Brake Presses including setups, tooling selection, etc.
• Must be able to read blueprints and drawings
• Must be able to properly use micrometers, calipers and other measuring tools
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate: $26-$30+ depending on experience
Days/Hours: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

* Overtime offered and required
