As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll respond to service requests, conduct inspections, and make repairs in apartments and townhouses. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC experience. A variety of roles are available from entry-level maintenance to specialized roles in plumbing and more!

Property Maintenance Tech Job Duties:

• Address service requests and concerns promptly
• Take care of various repair and maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, utilizing a range of tools
• Assist with grounds cleanup and landscaping as required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all levels

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience is essential.
