We are currently seeking a dedicated Powder Coating Account Manager to join our team in Aldine. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $80,000 for an experienced and well-rounded professional who can effectively manage customer relationships and support client needs within the powder coating industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Manage and maintain client accounts locally
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Build and sustain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize internal CRM system to track and manage accounts
• Work independently while collaborating as part of the broader team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management
• Strong knowledge of the powder coating industry
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities
• Experience using CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
