Key Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial plumbing diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services. Service and install water heaters (tank & tankless), gas lines, drain systems, re-pipes, and fixture replacements. Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and communicate clear, transparent options and estimates to property owners. Read and interpret blueprints, code specifications, and job scopes to complete work up to Texas state and local municipal plumbing codes. Safely operate specialty equipment including drain augers, pipe press systems, and diagnostic video inspection tools. Direct, mentor, and supervise apprentice plumbers on job sites in accordance with state licensing guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
