This role involves working within a medium-sized team under the supervision of the Service Manager, focusing on residential plumbing projects while maintaining high safety standards and strong customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Effectively interact with customers to understand and address their plumbing needs
• Collaborate with a medium-sized team of 6-15 members for project completion
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Texas Plumbing License
• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong skills in pipe fitting and plumbing system maintenance
• Commitment to safety compliance and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
• Effective time management
