The Litigation Legal Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys by managing case documentation, conducting legal research, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and courts. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to assist in all aspects of litigation support. Legal professionals with experience outside of litigation are also encourged to apply.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize legal documents for cases
  • Conduct legal research relevant to ongoing litigation
  • File cases and manage correspondence with courts
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates
  • Maintain attorneys’ calendars and schedule appointments
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of case progress
