NWON seeks an experienced residential contractor with experience in bathroom renovation. Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience in bathroom renovation. The schedule is steady and flexible. We serve the five county area.

The ideal candidates will possess the ability to perform the following:

1. Small room demolition of tile, removal of bathtubs, and surround walls.

2. Expert knowledge of underfloor plumbing repair and replacement using both copper and pex.

3. Ability and experience to sweat and solder pipes.

4. Carpentry skills to install framing, drywall and mud or cement board walls and shower bases.

5. Must be able to evenly set tile and grout evenly.

6. Installation and testing of diverters, shut off valves and install new water lines.

7. Installation of hardware including grab bars, mounted shower rods and adjustable shower heads.

8. Ability to install and water proof shower pans.

9. Ability build a shower floor and waterproof the area.

10. Installation of vanities and sinks as applicable.

Must have your own reliable working and insured vehicle.

Must have a valid driver's license that is not suspended or revoked.

Positive attitude and punctual candidates need only apply.

Must have carpentry and plumbing tools.

Ability pass a drug test and national and local background checks
