Fluidline Solutions is a locally owned hydraulic hose and industrial supply company serving Ellis County and the DFW area. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined, self-motivated person to join our Waxahachie team.

This is not a position where you will stand around waiting to be told what to do next. We are a small team, and everyone contributes to keeping the shop running, taking care of customers, and getting the job done.

Hydraulic experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Build and repair hydraulic hose assemblies
• Assist customers at the counter and help determine what they need
• Learn to identify hydraulic fittings, adapters, hoses, and related components
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory
• Receive and put away incoming freight
• Keep the shop, warehouse, and work areas clean and organized
• Make occasional local deliveries as needed
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion
• Step in and help wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly

Experience with hydraulic hoses, automotive or diesel repair, heavy equipment, industrial parts, warehouse operations, or other mechanical trades is helpful but not required.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on shop and warehouse position, not a desk job.

Our warehouse is not climate controlled, so you must be comfortable working in Texas heat and changing weather conditions. The position includes standing, lifting, bending, moving inventory, working with tools and equipment, and interacting directly with customers.
