Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

PeopleLink Staffing is hiring an experienced Lead Installer to join a growing commercial interiors company. If you have experience in carpentry, construction, furniture installation, or a related trade and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!

• Lead and support commercial office furniture installation projects
• Load, unload, and stage furniture, materials, and equipment
• Install, relocate, repair, clean, and reconfigure office furniture
• Read work orders, layouts, and installation plans
• Perform wall mounting, leveling, field modifications, and specialty installations
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and team members throughout each project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly use and maintain company tools and equipment
• Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in commercial furniture installation, carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read work orders and installation drawings
• Must own basic hand tools required for installation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move office furniture and equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day
• Comfortable working at customer locations in commercial environments
• Must wear khaki work pants, work boots, and required PPE
