Job Description

We are currently seeking an outgoing Full-Time (32+ hours) Patient Care Coordinator to join our private practice. If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who is eager to grow with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you!

Mon, Tue, Thur 7:45 am to 5:00 pm & Fri 6:45-2:00 pm. (No late evenings or unusual hours)

The Patient Care Coordinator's responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Prepare treatment plans and present to patients.
  • Accuratly verify dental benefits prior to patients arrival.
  • Confirm all appointments 2 days prior.
  • Update patient records and input information into dental software (Eaglesoft)
  • Complete quality radiographs and intra-oral pictures of patients.
  • Answer all voicemails, emails and text messages.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
  • Prior experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
