Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting systems, inverters, and electrical components according to blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure precise installation.
• Connect high voltage and low voltage electrical systems safely following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Perform fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on various sites.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, plumbing tools, and forklifts to complete installations efficiently.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and ensure all electrical connections meet safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities including roofing work and site safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial electrician or in electrical work related to construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, schematics reading, and NEC standards.
• Experience with blueprint reading and fixture installation in diverse environments.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, plumbing tools, and forklifts.
• Construction site experience with an understanding of safety procedures and project timelines.
• Ability to work at heights on rooftops or elevated structures safely.
