Position Overview:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead and manage installation crews on residential and light commercial projects. You’ll ensure high-quality installations, mentor apprentices, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct HVAC installation crews Perform complete HVAC installations (residential & light commercial)
• Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills

·         Install boilers (combi, steam & hot), ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, RTUs, air handlers, high velocity system, and tankless water heaters

• Ensure all work complies with current codes and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of current HVAC codes and standards
• Ability to mentor and guide apprentices
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28 - 40 per hour (based on experience)
