We're hiring Journeyman and experienced Commercial HVAC Installers for long-term commercial construction, tenant improvement, retrofit, and new construction projects throughout the East and West Valley, including:
East Valley: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and surrounding areas.
West Valley: Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Tolleson, Waddell, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and VRF/VRV systems
- Installing ductwork, diffusers, registers, dampers, and ventilation components
- Setting rooftop equipment and mechanical units
- Installing refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and related HVAC components
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications
- Assisting with equipment startups and system testing
- Performing tenant improvements, remodels, retrofits, and new commercial construction
- Following manufacturer specifications and job site safety requirements
- Producing clean, high-quality installations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for HVAC installers who can work independently, communicate well, and consistently produce quality work.
Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC installation experience required
- Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with refrigerant piping and HVAC installation best practices
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
- Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and punctual
