Care Team is seeking Experienced CNA, HHAs for Private Duty Cases for Hillsborough County.

 Applications accepted Monday thru Friday 9a-3p, to get started & join our new Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to patients in their home.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
• Meal Prep and light house keeping.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
• Flexible Schedules
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
