Manages Reactor Engineering resources at one or more stations to assure functional area activities are executed with an appropriate balance of operational excellence, safety, and cost, while meeting regulatory requirements. Manage the performance and development of assigned Reactor Engineering personnel and cadre relative to site and corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality results. Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term reactor engineering programs that impact CEC operations. Serve as the senior CEC expert and Senior Functional Area Manager at one more CEC for the management of reactivity and nuclear fuel. Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding assigned personnel.
