We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 2-4 years of experience to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of overseeing site issues, managing work orders, and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

• Identify issues on site and submit initial work orders through the system.
• Provide site access to vendors and meet them onsite if needed.
• Take photos and videos to share with the team, and validate the physical completion of vendors' work.
• Escalate concerns and provide onsite status updates.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
• Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security services.
• Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providers.
• Review work performed by vendors to ensure quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Maintain facility records, compliance documents, and provide administrative support.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with health and safety standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of emergency plans and occupational safety procedures.
• Assist with office space allocation and layout planning to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate internal moves and support changes to office configurations.
• Liaise between staff and external providers for support services such as catering, cleaning, parking, and security.
• Manage supplies inventory and place orders for facilities-related items ensuring critical stock levels are maintained.

• Proven organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders.
• Familiarity with procurement and budgeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

• High school diploma required; an associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities coordination or a related role is advantageous.
• Customer service, facility management, vendor management experience.

The position is based at our client site in Hillsboro, Oregon, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves interacting with various stakeholders and managing tasks on-site to ensure optimal facility operation.

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
