Job Description
The Assembler performs precise mechanical assembly of cleavers used to cut fiber optic cables, working from detailed work instructions to build small mechanical components with minor wiring. This full-time role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with hand and measuring tools, and the ability to quickly learn new assemblies and processes.

Work Environment
The role is based in a smaller production facility with a tight-knit, collaborative assembly group. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., providing a consistent daytime shift. Work involves hands-on mechanical assembly of small parts and basic wiring, using small hand tools and measuring tools while following detailed work instructions. The environment values flexibility, and team members may be asked to support different assembly areas based on production needs. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
