The Millwright Mechanic will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to ensure smooth operations within a small maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position focuses on equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and system testing with a strong emphasis on safety and system reliability. The ideal candidate brings extensive mechanical expertise and CNC knowledge to troubleshoot, install, and maintain complex machinery within a safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
• Execute welding and machinery installation projects
• Interpret blueprints to guide mechanical work
• Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
• Conduct system testing to verify functionality
• Document maintenance work and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in CNC machinery operation and maintenance a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers
