The Breakfast Line Cook at Westside Pacific Restaurant & Saloon plays a key role in preparing and cooking breakfast items within a small kitchen team. This full-time position involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting efficient breakfast service under the guidance of a direct manager or supervisor. Occasional extra shifts or overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Coordinate with a small team of 1-3 cooks for efficient service
