We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sous Chef for a high-volume restaurant in Warminster, PA. This is a great opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do as Sous Chef:
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 10+ cooks and kitchen staff
- Oversee food prep, cooking, plating, and station execution
- Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and food safety standards
- Assist the Executive Chef with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up
- Must have experience in high-volume cooking - 300+ covers per shift preferred
- Must have experience managing a team of at least 10 in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for food, quality, and developing others
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
