Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and guidance to team members. Deliver intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity, facilitating interventions across all four phases. Complete all required FCT documentation, fidelity tools, trainings, and achieve certification within designated timeframes. Participate in ongoing supervision and model fidelity review to ensure compliance and maintain program eligibility.
