Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team; Deliver intensive in-home and community-based therapeutic services; Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity; Complete all required FCT documentation, fidelity tools, trainings, and achieve certification; Participate in ongoing supervision and model fidelity review.
