Associate Veterinarian
Lake Oswego, OR | Privately Owned Small Animal Hospital

We're partnering with a privately owned small animal hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join an established, collaborative medical team.

This is a practice built around quality medicine—not production pressure. You'll have the support, equipment, and clinical autonomy to focus on patient care while working alongside experienced doctors and technicians.

• Privately owned practice
• Collaborative, multi-doctor environment
• Strong technician support
• Modern diagnostic equipment and digital imaging
• Flexible scheduling with an emphasis on work-life balance
• Loyal client base that values high-quality medicine
• Opportunity to practice a broad range of medicine and surgery (depending on your interests)

We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing thoughtful medicine, values teamwork, and wants to build long-term relationships with clients and coworkers.

Whether you're an experienced DVM or a newer graduate looking for mentorship, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.

• Competitive base salary
• Production opportunities (where applicable)
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Continuing education allowance
• Paid licensing and professional memberships
• PTO and additional benefits

If you're even selectively open to learning more, we'd be happy to share additional details and determine whether there's a mutual fit before introducing the practice.
