Compensation, Perks & Benefits:

Total potential 1st year earnings of $180,000+
Guaranteed base salary of $145,000/year.
20% production with no negative accrual in your first year.
$10,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront upon signing to assist with moving costs
$1,500 CE allowance
Paid professional dues & licenses
401(k) with 4% employer match
2 weeks paid vacation
Flexible schedule — 40-hour work week
