Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in St. Helens, OR  for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing candidates to work one day remotely and four days on-site each week while supporting students across local school locations.

Position Details

• Location: St. Helens, OR 97051
• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
• Dates: September 8, 2026 – June 17, 2027
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Setting: School-Based
• Hybrid Option: 1 day work-from-home, 4 days on-site
• Schools Assigned: 1-2 school locations

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and special education teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as required
• Support students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic language needs

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to supervise SLPAs
