About the Role:
The Staff Accountant for Made in Oregon plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of the retail organization’s accounting records. This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The Staff Accountant will manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities to provide accurate financial data for decision-making. By performing detailed account reconciliations and job costing, this role helps identify discrepancies and supports operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Staff Accountant contributes to the overall financial health of the company by ensuring timely and precise accounting operations within the retail trade environment.
