Licensed Therapist (W2)
Good Human Work has an exciting opportunity for a licensed therapist to see individual clients one day per week at an onsite employer location. We are seeking applicants for a part-time Licensed Therapist (LMFT or similar licensure) position to start as soon as possible. The primary responsibility for this position includes meeting with individual employees, as well as providing education and resources to employee groups and supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, the flexibility to thrive in various workplace environments, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
This is a unique opportunity for supplemental income and guaranteed weekly hours. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who emphasize systemic and multicultural understandings in their work and who can quickly and successfully build a trusted therapeutic alliance with clients.
The current role will include 8-10 hours per week with consistent hourly pay. The possibility to build a full-time salary position in the future exists for the right candidate. Employment status is considered part-time with work compensation including hourly pay and perks.
