Directly supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within the assigned market. Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Oversee talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors. Cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed core model. Assist Clinical COE in training new practitioners. Participate in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates. Partner with Clinical COE and Talent Acquisition. Establish and support relationships with payers, specialists, community, and hospitals. Monitor and support overall market culture. Review and approve center-level referrals. Assist Regional President with market quality and performance improvement initiatives. Oversee monthly scorecard reviews. Provide training to other ChenMed entities. Develop relationships with providers and stakeholders. Use local market dynamics to drive clinical initiatives. Build clinical credibility and trust. Assist with implementation of cost reduction and market clinical strategies. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes and service to patient panel as a PCP (20%).
