Deliver comprehensive training and guidance to teachers and staff in designing FBAs and BIPs.|Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of academic instruction and behavioral support services.|Support staff by modeling and enhancing instructional best practices aligned with IEP goals.|Implement evidence-based interventions using scientifically proven strategies.|Provide crisis management intervention and support for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behavior.|Collaborate with on-site education teams to collect and analyze data on student behavior.|Conduct regular quality checks for each campus within the assigned region.|Support the development of on-site teams through training on behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis management.|Provide guidance and supervision to staff members pursuing BACB certification.|Assist in the development and implementation of improvement plans for assigned campuses.|Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss behavioral needs.|Monitor and ensure adherence to Department of Education regulations and internal standards.|Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance activities.|Provide operational support to schools in the assigned area.|Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
