In this role, you’ll be embedded within the Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program, a rewarding initiative serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. The ABLE Program is dedicated to supporting children with complex communication, social integration, sensory regulation, and academic needs. Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
- Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum and/or with Intellectual Disabilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and supervising behavioral intervention plans
- Previous experience in a school-based or comparable setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver BCBA services to K-12 students within the ABLE Program
- Provide support for verbal/nonverbal communication, social interaction, and sensory regulation
- Monitor academic progress and adjust behavioral interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents
- Maintain records, track student progress, and ensure effective documentation
