We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support a diverse caseload of students across multiple grade levels. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive educational team.
Caseload
- TK – 11th Grade
- Approximately 20 students
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
- Provide specialized academic instruction to students with Mild/Moderate disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Monitor student progress, maintain compliance with IEP documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence.
Qualifications
- Active California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate Support Needs (Required)
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience serving students across multiple grade levels is preferred.
