Reporting to the Plant Director. We are seeking a **Lean Transformation Manager** for our Taunton, MA location. The Lean Transformation Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing Kaizen methodologies and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). This role will focus on fostering a workplace culture that empowers employees at all levels to streamline and enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The leader will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and sustain operational excellence.
Compensation range for this role is 100K up to 130K

**Required Competencies, Education, and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred)
