Ensure systems are configured to meet required specifications for secure, reliable, and interoperable connectivity across diverse environments. Provide expert-level technical support and rapid response troubleshooting for end-users and field teams experiencing hardware and software issues for various network environments. Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance on all deployed communication and network systems to minimize disruptions. Manage and track equipment inventories, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning. Create and update all necessary technical documentation, including system diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Implement and execute quality control and quality assurance measures to ensure all products and services conform to established standards. Provide documented analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance the quality of products and services. Provide network architecture design and management.
